Abstract
The training of innovative talents demands the innovative education,instruction and teachers,among which the innovative teachers play a key role.The innovative teachers have their own special characters and the education of innovative teachers has its own value orientation.The strategy of higher normal education to train innovative teachers should focus on such dimensions as innovative education concept,model,content,methodology and environment.
