Abstract
Innovative education is a profound revolution of pedagogic system nowadays, and it is a reform from ideology conception to manipulate system. From the microcosmic aspect, carrying out the innovative education should regard enhancing teachers' quality as the most critical link. Thus this text will discuss the function of teacher's quality in innovative education and innovative education's new requirement to teachers' ethics and accomplishment, knowledge construction, operation ability and psychology quality.
