Abstract
In the age of knowledge economy, the essential character of high-quality talents is their innovative spirit and creative capability. To train teachers with creative capability is the biggest goal of the 21st century normal education. Teachers colleges should make reforms on their curriculum structure and their teaching methods so as to better carry out innovative education.
