The Cross-cultural Mission of Higher Education in National Colleges

The mission of ethnic colleges is to hand down and innovate profound ethnic culture.The multiple conflict and integration of ethnic culture,and the adjustment between ethnic cultural tradition and modernization are the two contradictions in development of ethnic culture;they are the cultural basis of the development of ethnic college education.Ethnic college has ethnic culture as its particular cultural logic besides its general cultural logic.It is proposed that the basic conflicts in ethnic cultural development should be handled and we take the hand-down and development of ethnic culture as core and construct the perception of ethnic college education and take the road of Cross-cultural development of higher education.
