Problems in Introducing Ethnic Cultures into School

Through introducing ethnic culture into school,some effect have been achieved in cultivating students' self-confidence,linking ethnic psychological changes with inheritance of ethnic traditional culture,enhancing ethnic education reform and promoting economic and social development in ethnic regions.Still,there are problems to be solved.So the urgent task is to build a mechanism to inherit ethnic traditional culture with ethnic schools as center and family and community education as complement.
