Abstract
The appropriate liquid strain cultural medium of P.ostreatus FL10 was optimized.The results showed that corn meal was suitable for the growth of P.ostreatus.A satisfactory nitrogen source was yeast extract.C/N ratio of 50∶1 was suitable for the growth.It was also found that KH2PO4 and vitamin B1 could greatly stimulate the growth.The optimum formula for the mycelial growth of P.ostreatus was as follows:30g/L corn meal,3g/L yeast extract,1.5g/LKH2PO4,1.0g/LMgSO4·7H2O and 0.01g/L vitamin B1.
