Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect and the influence of comprehensive therapy on the level of TNF-α in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:80 cases with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into the treatment group with combination of acupuncture, massage and drug, the 1st control group with acupuncture and massage, the 2nd control group with acupuncture and drug and the 3rd control group with massage and drug. The therapeutic effect and the TNF-αcontent were measured before and after treatment. Results:The curative effect of treatment group was better than other groups.Levels of the TNF-αwere decreased in all groups. However, the reduction of the TNF-αin the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group. Conclusion:Comprehensive therapy displays better therapeutic effects on patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
