Felodipine zyban in treatment of renal hypertension and the influence on quality of life

Objective To explore felodipine tablets in the treatment of renal hypertension clinical efficacy and impact on quality of life,provide reference for renal hypertension drug selection reference.Methods Sixty patients with renovascular hypertension,according to the digital form were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 patients.In the control group were treated with fosinopril sodium tablets 10 mg / times,the observation group taking felodipine tablets 5 mg/times a day,evaluated after 8 weeks of treatment,the use of the core quality of life questionnaire-30(QLQC-30) investigated the quality of life of patients.Results The total effective observation group(93.33%) was higher(86.67%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P 0.05).Two groups of patients after treatment systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,urine protein,serum creatinine compared with before treatment(P0.05),the observation group systolic and diastolic pressure decreased more significantly than the control group(P0.05),control groups urinary protein decreased significantly compared with the observation group(P0.05);observation group were QLQC 30 ratings in physical function,role function,emotional function,fatigue,pain,insomnia,and overall quality of life score higher(P0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was observed(13.33%) than the control group(20.00%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Felodipine tablets in treating hypertension antihypertensive effect certainly, medication safety,patient quality of life was significantly improved.
