The clinical observation of acupoint injection in the treatment of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease

Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect of acupoint injection in the treatment of patients on the acute stage of chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods 100 patients diagnosed as acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each of 50 cases.The control group was given with conventional treatment,while the treatment group was given with Huangqi injection on Zusanli in additional based on the control group.Both 2 groups received treatment for 14 days.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group is 96%,which was better than the control group of 78%;and the amelioration of symptom,physical sign of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion It is effective to treat the patients on the acute stage of chronic pulmonary heart disease with acupoint injection,and which is worthy to be popularized.
