The Difference and Enlightenment of the Community Sports Organization and Management between China and the Developed Countries

The characteristics of the community sports organization and management between China and the developed countries were analyzed here.The developed countries successful experiences of the community sports organization and management were summarized.The author got the following enlightenments: at present,China can set up the community sports club-centered system.The clubs rely on citizens' participation and the government's assistance,running and managing it independently.Semi-public welfare and semi-consumption management model is implemented in the clubs,which serve for the whole community,establish the community sports network covering the whole city,keep contract with the individual events sport associations,citizen's sports organizations,morning-night exercise spots of the community.
