Abstract

This essay,in the way of modern information research,makes a complete analysis on foreign community sports situation like policies and planning,organization and administration,sports facility,sports funds,sports instructions,developing tendency and so on,and puts forward some enlightenment and suggestions on the further development of community sports according to the actual situation of our country.
