Curative Effects Comparison between Collagenase and Ozone Treatment of Cervical Disc Herniation

Objective: to explore the effect of collagenase and ozone treatment to cervical disc herniation.Methods: 47 patients with cervical disc herniation were randomly divided into three groups,group A(n= 14) : pure ozone group,group B(n= 14) : pure collagen enzyme,group C(n= 19) : combined treatment group,Make a follow-up to these patients and note down the effect after the treatment for a week,three months,six months and a year.Results: the postoperative curative effect is superior and more significant as time passing by.Group C has superior effect than group A and B.Conclusion: combineing collagenase with ozone has a better effetct than simply use the collagenase or ozone on the treatment of cervical disc herniation.
