Mesh Plug Tension-free Hernia Repair in Treatment of 80 Cases of Inguinal Hernia

Objective To summarize the clinical experience of hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair for inguinal hernia in 80 cases.Methods Using the United States produced Bard hernia mesh ring filling and patch inguinal hernia in 80 patients treated with various types of tension-free hernia repair treatment,observe operation time,wound pain,postoperative recovery of autonomy,complications occurrence and recurrence rate.Results All patients surgery went smoothly,the opera-tion time 30min ～70min,an average of 45min,8h ～24h after getting out of bed,not one case of post-operative analgesics,incision pain,light.3 cases of postoperative urinary retention,scrotal hematoma in 1 case,1 case of scrotal fluid,symptomatic treatment improved,all the incisions were I of healing,no infection,rejection.Followed up for 4 months to 32 months,an average of 19 months,no recur-rence.Conclusion Mesh plug hernia repair without tension is simple,rapid recovery,low recurrence rate,more effective,be widely used.
