On Improvements of Criminal Summary Procedure

Abstract

Temper justice with mercyis a new development of criminal policy in China which demands much about the organizations of justice.Viewed from supervision of the summary procedure from the temper justice with mercy policy,it has many defects in the design and practice of the criminal procedure,which has to be reformed.At the same time,we must expand the application of criminal summary procedure.During the process of building a harmonious society,effective measures should be taken to carry out the criminal summary procedure.
