Abstract

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Urinary Kallindinogenase combined with Batroxobin in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction(PCI).Methods: 82 patients with PCI were selected from December 2008 to December 2009,which were randomly divided into observation group(42 cases) and control group(40 cases).Symptomatic treatment were administered in the two group.Batroxobin was used in the control group on the base of the therapy;Batroxobin combined with Urinary Kallindinogenase was given to observation group. The course of two groups was two weeks. Results: The scores of NIHSS in observation group compared with those in control group, there was statistical difference(P0.05);the total rate of clinical efficacy in observation group compared with that in control group, there was statistical difference(P0.05).Conclusion: Batroxobin combined with Urinary Kallindinogenase can improve the neurological function, the clinical efficacy is significant, the therapy should be the reference for doctors.
