Abstract
The treatment of lead-containing wastewater prepared in the laboratory has been tested with acid-modified bentonite.The treat capacity to wastewater of lead ion acid-modified bentonite is researched under diferent conditions.The results show that when the removal ratio of Pb2+ by acid-modified bentonite can reach 99.6% under the following conditions:The dosage of acid-modified bentonite is 10 g·L-1,pH 9.Reaction temperature is 25℃.The adsorption time is 20 min.The rest concentration of lead met the dischargeing criterion of China industrial wastewater for the first category contaminants.
