Situation and Countermeasures of Public Services in Rural Areas in Liaoning Province

Serving the community,Liaoning Province put the building rural public services work into an important position.This article mainly discussed the theory of public services,and the actual developed situation of public services in rural areas of Liaoning.Starting with education,sanitation,transportation,employment, it described the developed situation of rural public services in detail;secondly,through the current situation analysis,took forword the current problems of rural public services such as: All of the education level been behind,lax supervision of health care and transportation barriers,affected the difficult employment,weak sense of social and other career development;Finally,in order to improve rural public services,resolve the current problems,and overcome all difficulties,this article proposed a series of possible measuress, for example,emphasis on the quality of education,adopted to multi-style teaching;focused on health and safety construction,and to effectively guarantee the health of villagers,and at the same time,improved the transportation highway construction,and to achieve the aim of townships in township and village with village,furthermore encouraged the villagers to start their own businesses,and improve the social security system as well.
