Abstract

For talent cultivation quality improvement and innovative and practical ability cultivation,paper analyzed the cultivation target and approach of application-oriented software talent education,and constructed Innovative and Practical Ability Cultivation Model,giving it's CDIO model based three-layer structure,training content,and corporation based operation mode.The teaching practice show that this method performs effectively.
