Abstract

Employment discrimination is a ubiquitous evil in the world,which is deemed a negative factor that does harm to our market economic and socialist harmonious society.Since the problem of employment discrimination becomes more and more serious in China,it is urgent for us to take corresponding measures to settle it.This paper,after observing the definition,causes and assessment criteria of employment discrimination,puts forward some ideas of how to make laws in China effective against employment discrimination.
