Abstract

Laboratory toxicity tests of seven fungicides to Phytophthora palmivora Butler were carried out using the methods of mycelium growth. The results showed that 0.15% tetramycin AS had the best control effect, its EC50 was 0.0457 μg / mL and EC90 was 0.2174 μg / mL.However,6.25% metalaxyl-M + fludioxonil FS and 50% dimethomorph WDG also had the prominent effect. The former EC50 was 0.0758 μg / mL and EC90 was 2.4683 μg / mL.The latter EC50 was 0.3407 μg / mL and EC90 was 2.0794 μg / mL.And it also showed that 22.7% dithianon SC,80% mancozeb WP and 50% flumorph + fosetyl-aluminium WP had some inhibitory actions on mycelium growth.Their EC50 were 0.1382 μg / mL,2.3796 μg / mL and 5.4602 μg / mL.72.2% propamocarb hydrochloride AS showed poor results, its EC50 was 498 μg / mL.80% mancozeb WP had the high rate of costs and then was 50% dimethomorph WDG in the seven fungicides.
