Abstract

The toxicity of eight fungicides to control rot disease of Stachys sieboldii was determined by using hypha growing rate method in door. The results showed that there was obvious difference in inhibition effect on hypha growth of Stachys sieboldii. Among eight tested fungicides.50% Meijunjing WP has the best inhibition effect followed by 40% Duojunling WP,99% Hymexazol WP,3% Guangkuling WC,70% Mancoze WP,50% Thiram WP,42% Kejunjing WP and 80% Zineb WP,and EC50 of 50% Meijunjing WP,40% Duojunling WP,99% Hymexazol WP,3% Guangkuling WC,70% Mancoze WP,50% Thiram WP,42% Kejunjing WP and 80% Zineb WP,EC50 was 1.68 μg/mL,4.00 μg/mL,70.79 μg/mL,141.25 μg/mL 179.76 μg/mL,182.77 μg/m,218.52 μg/mL and 648.36 μg/mL respectively.
