Clinical observation of sequential therapy of Mifepristone and Gongliuning in uterine leiomyoma

Abstract

Objective: To explore the long term clinical efficicay of mifepristone sequential oral Gongliuning to treat hysteromyoma.Methods:Medical treatment group: oral mifepristone 12.5mg/day,12 weeks after oral Gongliuning 1.8g/time,3/day over the last 12 weeks.Control group: only oral mifepristone at the same time with treatment group.Results:The result of mifepristone and Gongliuning medical treatment was higher than only oral mifepristone.There was statistical difference compared with control group(P0.05).Conclusions:Sequential therapy of mifepristone and Gongliuning in uterine leiomyoma is a effective method.
