Abstract
Regarding the problems existing in smooth blasting and controlled blasting of directional fracture,and combining the status of complex outline shaped blasting in rock masses with high uniaxial compressive strength,the paper put forward and defined a new controlled blasting technology of cumulative cutting with multiple perforation.The characters and blasting mechanism of the cumulative cutting were discussed in detail.The application of this technology to the blasting of marble with high uniaxial compressive strength reached good result.The application and development of this technology offer an approach of high efficiency and low energy consumption to shaped blasting of rock body with high strength and complex sections,and is of extensive practical prospect.
