Abstract
Cumulative explosion is a new controlled blasting technology, which can resolve the problems existing in present control blasting and the status of complex outline shaping blasting in rock masses.According to the dynamics of explosion and fracture mechanics, the initiation mechanism of the crack and its expansion of orientation fracture blasting with linear shaped charge were studied and the shaped charge cutter was designed and tested in field. The satisfactory blasting effects have been achieved, which suggests that the control blasting with linear shaped charge is a good means in directional fracture controlled blasting.
