Abstract
The fatty acid methyl ester(biodiesel) and glycerod(glycerin) obtained by transesterification between waste bean oil and methanol under the action of NaOCH3.Through orthogonal analysis, the optimum conditions were obtained for the transesterification: molar ratio of methanol to oil 7∶1,reaction temperature 60℃,reaction time 90min,and the amount of NaOCH3 0.8%.The yield of the biodiesel can reached 93.71%.The glycerol purity after distillation can reach more than 97.5%.
