Establish Rural Branch of Public Library and Implement Urban and Rural Information Service Integration

This paper aims at the construction and development problems of rural libraries for a long time,through the method of changing the operational mechanisms and establishing public library rural branch,provides funds,management,technical support for the development,sequentially ensuring the standardization operation of rural branch.On this basis,libraries should do well the skills training and consulting service for rural residents,so as to implement the development strategy of library information service integration of urban and rural areas finally.
