Abstract

First,we discuss the importance of rural library construction from the perspective of urban-rural equalization of basic public services,and then analyze current situation and existing problems of rural library construction.At last,we have several suggestions about the effect and construction of rural library from resource allocation,funding guarantees,management system and team construction.
