Constructing Rural Information Service System Based on Urban-Rural Integration

Rural information service system was the important part of urban-rural integration. The meaning of rural information service system was discussed. The situation of rural information service was analyzed from three aspects including imperfect information infrastructure, lack of professional personnel and backward of information resources. The construction of rural information service system including infrastructure, service organization and operation mode was disscussed. Four advices on the rural information service system were put forward.
