Abstract

Objective To Observing the effect of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for treatment of 32 diabetic Nnephropathies patients.Methods 61 patients were randomly divided into tow groups.The control group were treated only with western medicine and the cure group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.Results The total effective rate of the treatment was 90.6% in cure group and 55.2% in control group,and the difference was obvious(P0.05).After treatment UAER,TG,et al had difference between control group and cure group(P0.05).Conclusion Added traditional Chinese medicine based western medicine could improve the clinic symptom and the effect was good.
