Abstract

The unusual relations with western religion and science had played an enormous role in the transition course of WANG Tao's early world outlook and values,which made WANG Tao possessed a kind of different understanding psychology and realm from the orthodox scholars.This became the source of his thoughts of constitutional reform too;He spreaded hard the culture that represents western civilization,But at the same time he was very contradictory,several thousand feudal consciousness and regularities that had formed already put impact on him even very much.He defended tenaciously the traditions all the time,blamed Christianity's culture;the contradiction ever reflected the state of change which some intellectuals experienced in the excessive world.
