Abstract

In the ammonium sulfate solution, polytrimethylaminoethyl methacrylate methyl chloride was used as dispersing agent, whose molecular weight is 7.44×10~5~1.21×10~6.Under the action of initiator 2,2 '-azobis (2-methylpropionamide) dihydrochloride, acrylamide and dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate methyl chloride copolymerization was carried out by dispersion polymerization. The effects of dispersing agent concentration, inorganic salt concentration, total monomer concentration, monomer molar ratio, initiator concentration and reaction temperature on the dispersion polymerization were investigated, and the collaborative law between each factor was identified. The optimal synthetic conditions and system proportion were determined.Under these conditions, the prepared cationic polyacrylamide water-in-water emulsion has better particle dispersivity, liquidity, stability and higher intrinsic viscosity,viscosity-average molecular weight.
