Abstract
An aspergillus.orgzae producing β-glucosidase was selected. Its medium ingredients and fermentation conditions were optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments. The results were as follows: corncob 3%, beancake powder 0.2%, KH2PO4 0.4%, CaCl2 0.04%, MgSO4 0.04%, natural pH, the liquid-installed (300mL bottle ) is 60mL, the best fermentation time was 60h.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
