Abstract
Objective:To study the effect and mechanism of sertraline on coronary heart disease(CHD) patients with depressive disorder by observing depressive state, plasma adiponectin(APN)and high sensitive CRP(hs-CRP).Methods:70 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=35) and control group(n=35).Both two groups were given conventional treatment on coronary heart disease combined with psychological intervention.Sertraline tablets of 50~200mg were added to treatment group every night, and the total treatment course was 3 months.Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD) was performed to two groups before and after the treatment in which the change of plasma APN and hs-CRP were detected. Results:After 3 months of treatment, the HAMD score was(10.1±1.4)score in treatment group,(18.8±1.5)score in control group in which the difference was significant(P0.05).APN levels were respectively(7.6±1.1)mg/L in treatment group and(6.5±0.9)mg/L in control group in which the difference was significant(P0.05).Hs-CRP levels were respectively(2.3±05)mg/L in treatment group and(3.1±0.6)mg/L in control group in which the difference was significant(P0.05),and there was a significant difference between pre-operation and post-operation.Conclusion:Sertraline can significantly improve depressive state in coronary heart disease patients with depression, and decreased plasma Hs-CRP and increase plasma APN.
