Efficacy Anolysis of Amiodarone Combined with Metoprolol in Treatment of Arrhythmia

Abstract

Objective:To study the combined with low dose of metoprolol amiodarone therapy in acute myocardial infarction(AMI)with ventricular arrhythmias and the effectiveness of security.Methods:82 of AMI patients with ventricular arrhythmias in patients with combined with metoprolol randomly divided into amiodarone group(treatment group of 42 cases)with amiodarone group(the control group of 40 cases),6 months of treatment,observation improves cardiac arrhythmias and cardiac function in the two groups to improve the situation.Results:Therapeutic group of antiarrhythmic efficiency and improves heart function are better than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:The amiodarone combined with low dose of metoprolol AMI and ventricular arrhythmia effect is good,use secure with no visible side-effects.
