Abstract

The important role of democratic management in stabilizing enterprises can be summarized as the follows: to absorb the public opinion and ensure the correctness of policy-making in enterprises; to embody the public opinion and safeguard workers' legitimate rights and interests; to increase the people's position and stimulate workers' zeal of loving their enterprises; to conform to the popular will and build close relationship between the officials and the masses in enterprises; to cease the popular confusion; to teach the workers to be understanding and reasonable; to maintain the stability in enterprises and to promote the improvement of the enterprises.
