Abstract

Strengthening a system construction of democratic management in enterprises is beneficial to protecting the workers and staff members' democratic rights,promoting enterprises' development simultaneously.It has a prominent meaning of putting socialist democratic and political construction.Anyang city is pushing systematic construction of democratic management in enterprises and has got an outstanding result.At present,there are some problems that need to strengthen and perfect through various ways and forms.
