Practice and exploration of the tutor system in junior colleges

Abstract

There exist some problems in the implementation of the tutor system.Based on career practices and experiences,the author holds that three factors are of vital significance to elevate the effect of the system:making clear the responsibility of the tutor,constructing a legitimate,reasonable and faire assessment system,and attaching importance to tutors' training.
