Clinical Observation of Montelukast Combined with Budesonide on 50 Cases with Bronchial Asthma

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of montelukast combined with budesonide on bronchial asthma.Methods 100 cases with bronchial asthma were selected from November 2006 to November 2010 in Affiliated the People's Hospital of Jiangsu University,and randomly divided into observation group and control group.the routine therapy was used to control group,and aerosol inhalation of budesonide was given to control group.On the base of the therapy of the control group,montelukast was given to observation group.pulmonary function was detected before and after treatment in two groups.Results FEV1/FVC% and PEF in observation group after treatment compared with those in control group,there was statistical difference(P0.05);the remission time of cough,chest distress and wheezing in observation group a fter treatment compared with those in control group,there was statistical difference(P0.05);the attack times in observation group during treatment compared with those in control group,there was statistical difference(P0.05).Conclusions Montelukast combined with budesonide can improve the clinical symptoms of acute attack of bronchial asthma,and improve the pulmonary function,the clinical efficacy is significant.
