Observation Study of Children with Bronchial Asthma and Montelukast Budesonide

Objective To observe the clinical application of Montelukast Combined with budesonide in treatment of children bronchial asthma,clinical effect.Methods The subjects were in our hospital from 2008 June to 2011 December in our hospital in 84 pediatric patients with bronchial asthma.All patients were randomly divided into A,B two group,A group were given conventional treatment Gabe Budesonide aerosol inhalation in treatment,B group were given conventional treatment plus Montelukast Combined with budesonide treatment.Results After 3 months of treatment,clinical observation indexes in comparison,B group was higher than that in group A patients;clinical comparison,group B patients clinical efficiency of 95.24%,significantly higher than in group A patients clinical efficiency of 73.81%.Conclusion The clinical treatment of children with bronchial asthma of Montelukast Combined with budesonide treatment,can achieve good clinical results,two kinds of drug synergism of good.
