Abstract
The ground level of democracy and legislation in the countryside, one important part of socialist democracy and legislation and one important goal and task in building a harmonious society, will certainly gain people's increasing concern. In order to speed up the construction of a new countryside and a harmonious society, this paper discusses briefly ways to speed up the construction from solving the problems of the ground level democracy and legislation in the countryside.
