On Execution of Dispute Resolving of Ethnic Groups in Southwest China in Yuan,Ming and Qing Dynasty

Execution procedure of central government and of ethnic groups in Southwest China co-existed since Yuan,Ming and Qing dynasty which was characterized by pluralism.On the other hand,the two mechanisms began to converge through the understanding of the situation in Southwest China,flexible and pragmatic policy of central government,strengthened control and influence of central government and increased communication of ethnic groups with outside.The development of dispute resolving execution in southwest ethnic group area in Yuan,Ming and Qing dynasty provides important experience to construct harmonious society in ethnic group area.
