On the Practicability of the Policy for Managing Tibet by the Ming Dynasty——A Comparison of the Relevant Policies between the Ming,the Yuan and the Qing Dynasty Based on their Different Ethnic Relations

Compared with that of the Yuan and the Ming dynasty,the policy for managing Tibet by the Ming dynasty as well as its system was much less rigid.The much more flexible strategies for implementing its policy by the Ming dynasty originated from several causes,of which a key factor was related to its different relations with the border nationalities in the North and its own difference as the ruling subject.
