On the Northern National Regimes in the Chinese History: Focus on Liao,West Xia,Jin and Yuan Dynasties

In the Chinese history,ancient northern minorities often grew into mighty groups and had great impact on the overall situation of the Chinese history.The conquest dynasties had adopted some Han means as well as integrating many systematic factors of former regimes in the political organization,which led to true despotism.The legalization of Jurchen-Jin regime won the recognition of Han intelligentsia while the Yuan dynasty was by no means inferior.Liao,West Xia,Jin and Yuan dynasties were ruled by non-Han people,but they didn’t change the fundamental situations of society,economy and culture of the Han areas.These regimes were mainly politically influential.
