Abstract

Inspired by the contents of human-oriented concept of scientific development and their basic features in the construction of a library,this paper states that a human-oriented,harmonious library requires a harmonious relation among library leaders,faculty and staff,and readers.And meanwhile it is important to continuously innovate services by refreshing ideas,contents and means of service.
