Constructing Harmonious Libraries with the Concept of Scientific Development

Abstract
The author thinks that we should construct harmonious libraries with the concept of scientific development.After expounding the basic features of a harmonious library,the author mainly discusses how to realize the construction with the concept of scientific development in four aspects as follows: the basis for the construction is to build and develop libraries;the key for the construction is to firmly establish the idea of innovative service so as to continuously provide better service;the impetus for the construction is to reform and innovate;the essence of the construction is the human-oriented concept.
