Abstract

The article start with the meaning of scientific development concept,introduce the definition and characteristic of harmonious academic library.What's more,it analysis the internal relationship between the scientific development concept and constructing harmonious library.Finally,the essay give the suggestions of constructing harmonious library from librarians,hidings,establishments,management and service aspects to meet the target of library's allround development,harmonious development and sustainable development.
