On the Limitation of Education Determined by Educational System

Abstract
WT5,5”BZ]The process of the reformation in educational system alone may result in the contradiction between educational system and social environment of culture as well as the concept and guiding ideology of education.It is hard to explain the general educational phenomena together with its fluctuation and its fault theoretically.A good way to avoid misinterpretation in the theory that educational system totally determines education is to establish the theory of educational mechanism.Educational mechanism working as a system to organize and control all the educational activities may include all the elements such as the system、the ideology and the culture of education.The theory can be used not only to explain the cause and the trend of educational activities,but also to prevent the reformation from making a detour or stagnating.
