Abstract
In order to explore the Chinese Herbs resources,a new kind of health-care vinegar drink with Rhizoma Polygonti was processed.By orthogonal test method,the ingredients of the drink were determined as the extract of Rhizoma Polygonti,vinegar,sugar.And the optimal formula of drink is vinegar 30%,the extraction of Rhizoma Polygonti 9%,sugar 12%.With a unique flavor,this vinegar drink with Rhizoma Polygonti has a wonderful health-care function.
