Abstract
Orthogonal tests were applied to compare the hot water extraction method,microwave-assisted extraction method and ultrasonic-assisted extraction method for extracting polysaccharides from Auricularia auricula.The optimum conditions of hot water extraction method were,solid-to-water mass ratio 1∶40,temperature 80 ℃,heating time 4 h;and the extraction yield was 8.41%.The optimum conditions of microwave-assisted extraction method were,solid-to-mater mass ratio 1∶30,microwave power 560 W,microwave time 90 s,extraction temperature 80 ℃;and the extraction yield was 14.08%.The optimum conditions of ultrasonic-assisted extraction method were,solid-to-water mass ratio 1∶40,ultrasonic power 80 W,ultrasonic time 20 min,extraction temperature 60 ℃;and the extraction yield was 15.22%.Ultrasonic-assisted extraction was more efficient and thus better than the other two methods.
