Abstract

Based on the data about human capital for Shandong province during1993~2010,this paper uses quantile regression to examine the influences of human capital on economic growth.The results are as follows:human capital has significantly positive influence on economic growth in Shandong province,and the influence shows difference at different conditional distribution.
